Not only does an overhaul consist of cleaning, oiling, adjusting the movement - With an overhaul we will also be replacing ANY needed parts. What to expect:
Services Performed
All watches for service are completely disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and timed using state of the art equipment. Cases are refinished, cleaned, and most plastic crystals are replaced.
Warranty
All watches that we service carry a one year warranty on work performed. Parts subject to normal wear such as crystals, straps, etc. are not covered under warranty, neither is damage as a result of abuse.
Service Turnaround Time
Our turn around time is usually 2 - 5 weeks. Depending on material availability. I am sure to keep my customers updated regularly on watches in for repair.

Watch Repair Estimates
Estimates for watch repair are provided free of charge. We are very fair and confident in our estimate process. Unlike most other watch repair service providers, in the event an estimate is not approved for repair we will pay for return shipping at same insured value your watch was received.
Payments for repairs
We accept, all Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Check and Money Orders. We will contact you once your watch is accessed and upon our free estimate approval we require payment before the repair begins.
Most of the time I can give you a ballpark watch repair estimate over the phone before you send your watch for repair and give shipping instructions over the phone.
