Safest way to ship your watch for repair

You can ship your watch for repair in a variety of safe insured methods. Below are some examples that may be helpful.

(1) United States Post Office -   This is the most economical way of shipping your watch repair. If insurance is going to be under $500.00, Blue Label Insurance is a good way and it will be under $10.00. The Blue Labels are out on the counters at your local post office. You can either box up your watch for repair at home or the post office will provide you with a free priority box if you choose to ship your watch priority.

If your watch repair needs to be insured for more than $500.00 I recommend you ship registered mail through your local post office. This is the safest way and the insurance rates are very reasonable. If you choose to ship your watch repair this way you will need to prepare the box at home. The box will need to be completely covered with brown paper tape or brown paper.

(2) UPS, Fedex or DHL - Naturally you may also ship your watch for repair using any shipping service you wish or have an account with.

Unless otherwise requested your watch will be shipped back to you insured through the U.S. Post Office free of charge.
